I’m a Grade 12 student from France who took Business Technology 12 to learn how technology is used in modern business.
During the semester I worked on brand identity, designed a landing page, learned about spreadsheets, built a simple app, and used AI tools to support business tasks. These projects helped me understand how technology can be used to solve problems.
This portfolio showcases the work I completed in Business Technology 12 and the skills I developed throughout the course.

My business was a smart water bottle designed to help users manage their nutrient intake in a personalized, easy way. The bottle connects to a mobile app where users track their hydration and nutrients on their phone.
The nutrients added to the water are customized based on a blood test taken by the user, so the product adapts to individual health needs. It combines technology and health to promote better daily wellness habits.
Simple, bold, energy-focused.
03
I designed a Framer website that clearly presents the AquaV+ concept through a modern layout, consistent branding, and an easy-to-understand explanation of the smart water bottle and its personalized nutrient tracking.

I used Google Sheets to calculate and organize the number of shirts sold during a fundraiser. I applied formulas to automatically find totals and compare results, then created graphs to visualize the sales data, showing how spreadsheets can analyze real business situations.

06
I designed and developed an app called Next Step to help users organize their goals and tasks. I used Moqups to mock up the layout, built the final version in Glide, and used Claude to refine certain features, learning the full app development workflow from design to a working, interactive product.

07
I created an automation in Make.com connecting Google Sheets, Gmail, and OpenAI to automatically generate and send emails based on spreadsheet data. Sheets was the data source, OpenAI generated the content, and Gmail sent the message, showing how automation saves time and improves efficiency in business processes.

This year in Business Technology, I learned how digital tools can be used to create, organize, and automate real business projects. I developed practical skills that showed me how technology is used in businesses to improve efficiency and communication.
Skills I learned
In the future, these skills will help me work more efficiently, use technology in business situations, and create digital solutions. I also learned how important technology, automation, and online presence are for modern businesses, and these are skills I’ll continue to use and improve.
